Each Service Bundle has a designated set of services and features that are included in the package. You can customize your service bundle with our Add-On options.
Internet Speed Upgrade: If you need faster Internet access, you can upgrade your speed to the next higher DSL broadband speed by adding the 'speed upgrade' option to your account.
Six Month Contract: If you are only a resident in the area for 6 months of the year, you can add the 'six month contract' option to your service bundle.
Unlimited Long Distance: If you need unlimited long distance service, add the 'unlimited long distance' option to your service bundle to receive unlimited calling within the Continental U.S. Note: Unlimited LD option is only available on the Predator Deluxe bundle.
Contract Suspension: If you are not a resident in the area for the entire calendar year, you can now spread your 12 month service contract over a longer period with our 'contract suspension' option. Click here for more information on the contract suspension option.
The Add-On Options are only available with Lackawaxen's Service Bundles. These options are each billed monthly, as a separate charge, outside the service bundle, on your account.
Add-On options can be added to your existing Lackawaxen Service Bundle at any time, by simply restarting your contractural agreement from the date the option is added to your account.
