Service Bundle Contract Suspension Option

 


If you are not a resident in the area for the entire calendar year, you can now spread your 12 month service contract over a longer period with our 'contract suspension' option.

The following describes how contract suspension works:

1. Simply sign up for any of the Lackawaxen Service Bundles and agree to a 12 month service agreement to enjoy multiple services and monthly savings.

2. When you are ready to leave the area for the season, call us and let us know that you would like to suspend your service bundle until you return.

3. You can have your service totally disconnected, or maintain minimal telephone service at standard rates during the contract suspension period, it's your choice.

4. Call us when you are ready to return and we will reactivate your service bundle and resume your contract right where you left off and it will run for the remaining months on your agreement.

If you maintained some basic level of service with us during the suspension, there is no reconnection charge. If you completely disconnected your service, a reconnection fee will be charged to your account when service resumes. Each suspension period must be a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months. You may only suspend your contract a maximum of 4 times in a 12 month period.

The Contract Suspension Option is only available with Lackawaxen's Residential Connection, Predator Plus, and Predator Deluxe Service Bundles.
