Communication services that are included in the Service Bundle will appear on your monthly bill as a single charge that is equal to the price of the Service Bundle.

Detail for long distance calls that are included in the Service Bundle monthly minutes of use will not be shown on your monthly statement.

Detail for long distance calls that are not included in the Service Bundle monthly minutes of use, or calls that are in excess of the minutes of use included in the Service Bundle price, will be shown on your monthly statement.

Federal and State taxes, fees, and surcharges are not included in the bundle price and will be shown separately on your bill.
