We are pleased to announce our new Subscriber Portal, which replaces the “AdminTool.” We believe the Subscriber Portal will improve your ability to manage your Internet access account. Use the Subscriber Portal to:
- Change and/or strengthen your password
- Create a friends list
- Set your spam defense
- Manage your e-mail accounts
- Create your own web site
If you have logged into the AdminTool previously, your username and password will be the same for the Subscriber Portal. The system automatically tests your password strength and may prompt you to improve your password when you attempt to log in. If you do not know your username and/or password, contact us and we will help you through the process.
