Lackawaxen Telecommunications Services migrated to a new, enhanced email system on March 28, 2011.

For those customers that use an email client (such as Outlook or Microsoft Mail) to send and receive messages, you need to make sure your email client is configured correctly on all your computers so that you can continue to send and receive email.

You must enable SMTP authentication in your email client by the cut-off date. Click one of the following links for instructions.

If you do not enable SMTP authentication in your email client by Tuesday, July 26, 12:01 a.m., EDT, you will not be able to send or receive email via your client application after that date.

These settings are not required for web based email, such as Google, Yahoo, Hotmail, or our Webmail.

If you need further information or assistance regarding the email migration, please call our Internet Help Desk any time, day or night at 570-685-5554.
